Our Restaurant

The pride and joy of the hotel is its restaurant, elegantly managed by the director, Enrico, who coordinates the different sectors with great skill and mastery, adding life and dynamism to the structure. The Chef is Francesco, who organizes prestigious receptions, theme dinners, wedding receptions, seasonal menus and anything else you can imagine.

The guests love the restaurant service with its refined cuisine, which is a fundamental aspect for their stay.

Excellent local wines accompany the culinary creations for a sublime welcome cocktail party; and the vicinity of Caorle puts selected local ingredients on the table, cooked, garnished and service with simplicity and mastery but with the care of those who love to satisfy their guests.

The large dining room is ideal for buffets, banquets, groups and ceremonies like weddings. Our kitchen is also available for catering services and outdoor buffets.
